Coach accounts, wholesale accounts, promotional accounts, and other special customer categories may be subject to separate prices, eligibility requirements, purchasing conditions, and account approval procedures.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without prior notice.

The applicable price is the price displayed when the order is submitted, except in cases of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Prices, promotions, discount codes, bundles, and special offers:

Proteinak does not directly store complete payment card details when payments are processed through an authorized third-party payment provider.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period communicated through the website or order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delivery-provider delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect customer information, or other operational events.

Customers are responsible for:

Providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Providing a valid and reachable phone number.
Responding to delivery calls.
Ensuring that someone is available to receive the order.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be delivered again because the customer provided incorrect information, was unavailable, or did not respond to the delivery provider.

Customers should inspect the order upon delivery and report any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products within the period stated in our Refund and Exchange Policy.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Due to the health, hygiene, and safety nature of nutritional supplements and related products, Proteinak does not accept returns or provide refunds because of:

Dislike of a product or flavor.
Ordering the wrong product, flavor, or size.
Personal preference.
A product being opened or used.

An exchange may be requested if the product:

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide the order number, clear photographs, and any information reasonably required to review the request.

Once an order has been prepared, shipped, or transferred for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Proteinak reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the payment cannot be verified, the delivery information is incomplete, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Any eligible refund for a cancelled prepaid order will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the payment provider and issuing bank.

SECTION 10 – STORAGE AND USE OF PRODUCTS

Customers must store and use products according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Proteinak is not responsible for deterioration, damage, or adverse effects caused by:

Improper storage after delivery.

Purchases made through the store are transactions directly between the customer and Proteinak. Shopify is not the seller of Proteinak products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, providing products, or handling product-related claims.

Personal information processed through the Shopify platform may also be handled according to Shopify’s applicable privacy policies.
